Confirm your email & insert your personal and clinical details
Once you login after confirming your email, you'll enter your personal or clinic information.
Start by picking a speciality
Click "Submit a new case" from your main profile view and select a specialty of interest.
3a. And a specialist
Select the specialist you want to send the case to. You can only select specialists that have the "request consultation" button highlighted and clickable.
Fill out the case details
Enter all pertinent details to the case, including your clinical questions.
Upload all of your case files (drag and drop)
We support all file formats including PDF, Image formats (i.e. JPEG), and medical images (DICOM).
Submit & Pay
We use Stripe to safely process your payment and make things super fast!
Check your email inbox
You should then receive an email that confirmed receipt of your referral documents. A notification is also sent to the specialist.
You've got a notification!
When your consult is complete and the report has been uploaded, you'll be notified via email.
Download your personalized clinical report
Once you receive a notificaiton, you can log back into the app, expand the case and download the final PDF report from the specialist.
